Privacy policy

This policy applies to the Pinezi website. The Pinezi app will have its own privacy policy.

The website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts and other files are served from our own domain, without requests to third parties.

When you open a page, your browser sends data that is technically necessary to deliver it: IP address, date and time, the requested address, information about your browser and operating system, and the page you came from. We use this data only to keep the site secure and to fix errors, do not combine it with other data and keep it for no longer than 30 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site securely and reliably (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) as our processor under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

The search term you enter is part of the page address and is sent to our data server to display the results. We do not link search terms to you and do not create profiles.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to the controller at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Croatia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).

We will update this policy when we add new features or when the law changes.
