Price caps
Maximum prices set by the government
For basic products such as milk, eggs and flour, the Croatian government has set maximum retail prices (NN 142/2025). The app shows the full list and explains what each rule means.

Open on Sundays
Since July 2023, most shops in Croatia have been closed on Sundays. Pinezi shows which stores nearby are open anyway.

Frequently asked questions
Is the app free?
Yes. Pinezi is free and shows ads. A one-time “Ad-free” purchase removes them for good.
Where do the prices come from?
From the price lists that retailers are required by law to publish every day for each store (NN 75/2025). Pinezi downloads them once a day and does not change the published prices.
Are the prices always accurate?
We show prices exactly as the retailers publish them. The shelf price can differ, for example when it changes during the day. The price displayed in the store is what counts.
What does the app do with my location?
It only uses your location while the app is open, to show stores and prices nearby. No sign-up is needed, and you can choose a city instead of sharing your location.
When is the Android version coming?
Pinezi comes to iPhone first, with Android to follow. Until then, prices, deals and price caps are available here on the web.
